Directs the planning and execution of audits to evaluate company’s internal control infrastructure including Field and Financial Operations.  Reviews structures of internal controls supporting accounting and operations.  Completes and maintains the implementation effort for Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, including documenting existing processes.
