Additional Benefits
  • Consultant Web Site – Access benefits information, education resources, archived consultant newsletters and many more resources at www.kforce.com/team.  All consultants may submit their weekly hours online through our KPAY program.  Active consultants can log in to the Consultant Website using your nine-digit Employee ID number and the last four digits of your Social Security number (temporarily).  HIM Customer Service representatives can be reached from 7AM to 7PM EST to answer questions and provide support.  Call (888) 435-7957 or email himsupport@kforce.com.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) – Once a quarter you can enroll in the ESPP to set aside a portion of your paycheck to be used for purchasing Kforce stock at a 5% discount of the share value at the end of the offering period.

Consultant Career Ladder (CCL)

Each full-time consultant will have an opportunity during their anniversary month of hire to qualify for increased HIM benefits based on the point value of their CCL Audit.  Every year thereafter a consultant will need to re-qualify for the same or additional benefits during their anniversary month of hire.

In order to be eligible for the additional CCL Benefits Program benefits you MUST have a compliant/completed Kforce QA file.  Participation in the Kforce Educational Points (KEP) program (if applicable) is also a condition of the CCL Benefits Program eligibility.  Click here to learn more.

Referral Bonus

Kforce encourages and rewards our consultants for helping us grow our business and helping us to make the Right Match.  A special program has been created to compensate our HIM consultants for referring qualified candidates and/or uncovering business opportunities.  This referral program is a win-win scenario, where you receive a bonus for your efforts and help to grow the Kforce team, which improves our ability to provide you and others with great career opportunities.


There are two referral plans available for HIM consultants:

  1. Referring the Right People:
    A $350 bonus for referring a qualified candidate that we place in an HIM consulting position.  The bonus is paid after the consultant has worked full-time for 90 days.
    * The consultant cannot be someone currently working with a Kforce advocate or someone who has worked with a Kforce advocate in the last 3 months.
  2. Referring the Right Opportunities:
    A $350 bonus for referring a new HIM Client that has a need.
    * Contact himsupport@kforce.com with the name and number of a hiring manager looking for staff. We will contact you within 48 hours and tell you if we were already aware of or if we plan to pursue it.
